Im very happy to say I left Mercedes in my new car eating a delicious twinkie. He explained everything so well that I had honestly forgot about the twinkies but he thanfully didn’t. We signed the papers and he explained everything thoroughly from the care packages to the gap insurance and maintenance timeline. He told me not to worry because after everything was done he’d have some Twinkies for me. He asked if I got any when I made my espresso and I told him they must’ve ran out because I didn’t see them. While talking to Justin he mentioned they had twinkies their and I was shocked they had those so I told him I hadn’t had any since high school. They also have amazing snacks but since it was late it wasn’t fully stocked anymore. When I went upstairs to sign the paperwork I spoke with Justin Campbell and while I waited I made an espresso in a beautiful little kitchen like counter that they have downstairs. If you come here I hope you get lucky and end up getting helped by Selvin. Overall I really appreciate Selvin and his patience because me and the people I took had many questions throughout and he answered everything in a real nice and helpful manner. I honestly just went to see the car but everything was just natural and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes models so I just fell in love with the car. He didn’t make me feel rushed or pressed considering I got there like at 5 and they closed at 6 on a Saturday. I got Selvin Pineda as my Sales consultant and he was a really helpful and cool dude to talk to. I pulled up and was checking the car out outside and wanted to see more cars so I walked in and was greeted super nicely at the front desk and told that they would bring someone to speak to me. I had an amazing experience at Walter’s Mercedes! The staff was super helpful throughout the whole experience. Located in Riverside, CA / 25 miles away from Orange, CA Take your business elsewhere unless you are okay with wasting hours at a dealership who clearly doesn't want to sell a vehicle. Well you are absolutely right about that! Do not waste your time even if you are local to this dealership because in Lucas' own words you don't need to purchase from them. He then proceeded to tell us that we didn't have to purchase from them. (And that came directly from financing when they explained why the car was selling for the price it was.) When I said this, Lucas rudely said "well you were lied to!" Wow so now apart from being rude and unprofessional, you also want to put in question the integrity of not one but 2 of your coworkers including the financing reps?Doesn't give a good look to this dealership at all. Uum as if this is my first time buying a car? I know that's a straight lie! Mind you, the car I was going to purchase was already considered used because the person it was originally sold to couldn't follow thru with the loan and had to return it after a few days and 500 miles later. However this time, instead of working with the same person in financing who was there earlier in the afternoon, we were met by the sales manager Lucas (who by the way gave me his card so that in his words I could "spell it right") Lucas then began to give us his explanation about how we could not drive away with the car because they needed to wait until their bank completely cleared the cashiers check from my bank and that they always do it this way.

They requested a copy of my insurance information to make sure I had full coverage. When I returned in the evening (after driving an hour and a half again!) The process was supposed to resume. Had to leave due to a work meeting and spoke to one of the reps in financing and he advised that I could start the paperwork process and it would be ready by the time I would return in the evening to speed it up.
Decided to purchase the vehicle, got the out the door pricing, let them know that I already secured the financing thru my own bank.
